This site was created  for several reasons, but primarily as a pastime during the long winter months of my retirement.  The site’s main function was to promote my oil paintings, photo restoration, and technical consulting services, but over the past few years it has grown to include posts on the brave young Canadian soldiers who continue to sacrifice their lives in Afghanistan for absolutely nothing – except keeping a corrupt government in power.  From time to time I also provide comments on current issues,  political screw-ups, the clowns in the Bloc Quebecois, and fanatical terrorist groups including fundamental Muslims who are bent on abusing females.  Oh yes, I often include some humor from third parties and friends.  Please visit and visit often, don’t hesitate to comment on anything you see posted on my site – all comments, positive and negative are welcome.  As a final note, as a Naval Officer I always felt more comfortable, when around army officer types, when and  if I had a drawn sword – something to do with boneheads – lol.
