With two weeks to go and not much change in the political party standings.  Unless we Canadian voters take action and vote outside of out comfort zone, we will be stuck with another minority government.  Frankly I don’t think the country can afford another minority:  nothing being passed in the house, constant quabbling, and most likely another election within the year.  I’m not a big PC fan, but, I think its time to give Harper a majority – the other options are scary:

  • Liberals – policies are too costly, too much influence from the Bloc, and will not win a majority this time around.
  • NDP – policies too costly, will drive investors and big business out of the country, could make a good opposition.
  • Bloc – a fringe party bent on destroying Canada, wants another minority to add to the disfunction within the House.
  • Green – costly platform, no chance of even winning a seat, should add their support to one of the larger parties.
  • PC – the best of a bad bunch, must have a majority to get anything done in the House.
