We feel sorry for Lara Lohan, the CBS reporter who was sexually molested in Cairo earlier this week.  However, it didn’t take a genius to see something like that coming – see my earlier post below – 5 Feb.  I mentioned how the Western reporters were drawing unwarranted attention to themselves – in particular the female reporters such as Lohan who were often in the centre of the mob – without showing the least bit of regard for their surroundings.  Having been there – Cairo is a dangerous place at the best of times. Not showing the basic regard for the customs of the country by not doing something as simple as wearing a hair covering is not wise.  Intentionally placing your self in harms way is simply stupid.  Maybe the Western news media will have learnt something from this completely preventable incident.  MPC
