Canadian Soldier Killed

Sad news today for all Canadians when another brave young soldier was lost in Afghanistan. Dead is Cpl Steve Martin, just 24 years old, a proud member of the Royal 22e Regiment. The young Cpl was killed by an IED (probably built by Omar Khadr and planted by his pals) while on foot patrol in a taliban controlled area in Panjwaii province. He is the 154 member of the Canadian military to die as a result of the Afghan mission. Our sincere condolences go out to his family and friends during this difficult time. MPC
